Erica Lasan

Accessories – Jersey City

Growing up making alterations to old clothes and making jewelry at the age of 12, Erica Lasan has always been a lover of fashion. Though she always found her passion to be arts, Erica went on to study International Business and Spanish at Fairleigh Dickinson University. After graduating and not knowing what to do next, Erica took to creating once again in all forms: singing, songwiriting, taking photos and making jewelry. It wasn\'t until 2010 that Erica began to really find her calling as an artist when she took her hobby of making jewelry and decided to turn it into a business. That same year she attended an event that would also put her on the path of becoming freelance journalist. This opportunity would lead her to work with Ebony Magazine under industry veteran Harriette Cole covering shows at the Mercedes Benz Fall/Winter 2010 Fashion Week Collections. A year later in 2011, Erica also became an online writer, correspondent, and host for Juicy Magazine Online. In the past two years, Erica\'s jewelry line QuÉrica Jewelry, continues to grow. The line is currently being carried in 3 stores in New York, in addition to being sold online (www.QuEricaLiveRich.com).
