ABOUT
Shane Schlager grew up in Colorado, and moved to Fort Collins for college after high school. He got a degree in Mathematics from Colorado State University. His father first introduced him to photography, letting him borrow his old 35mm camera in high school. His parents also introduced him to the works of Ansel Adams and Thomas Mangelsen at a young age. Shane takes most of his nature shots while hiking throughout the Rocky Mountains. His other shots are often taken in Fort Collins, on the CSU campus, or in Longmont, his home town.
