ABOUT
Although I never thought I had an artistic bone in my body, I soon found it through makeup artistry. Born and raised in Boston, I mainly focus on my health science degree at Boston University and use makeup artistry as my outlet. It all started out with dabbing colors onto my face with my 88 palette and before I knew it I was being asked to do college fashion shows, proms, and photoshoots. Why do I love makeup so much? Probably the ability to use someone's face as a canvas and express whatever I am feeling. Once I realized I had a real knack for makeup application, I started BlaqRoses makeup artistry. Although it's just a hobby for now, I would love to see where BlaqRoses would take me!
