Chelle is a free-lance model with 7 years of modeling experience. She is a versatile model that has the ability to have a girl next door look, to fierce, to glamour, and more. When she's not on a runway or in front of a camera, her head is in the books working on her Ph.D. Chelle joined the RAW runway in September and loves meeting the great RAW talent Philly has to offer.
