Whether you are looking for a one of kind, handmade salsa dress for the ballroom, or a sizzling babydoll for the bedroom, we can design a look to fit your every curve like a dream. DUBARD is owned and operated by Lucy Howard and Shannon DuBois. We are responsible for our product from beginning to end. We design the patterns, cut out every piece, and sew them up ourselves. As we grow we plan to hire employees and teach them our trade. We will always manufacture our product within the United States.
