I am a cupcake artist who is passionate above vegan cupcakes and taking them mobile in Nashville. I have been baking since I was a little girl and vegan baking for the past 5 years. Within the past year I have stayed stead fast in honing my skills on cupcakes and am now trying to take them mobile, as in a food truck on the streets of Nashville.
