I was born an only child in a small town. At a very early age I was diagnosed with severe exercise induced asthma. I spent most of my childhood sitting inside, daydreaming about what I would do if I could run and play like the other kids. Eventually, those daydreams began to spill out of me, as stories, music and paintings. When I was older, I began looking for ways to control my medical condition. I began studying martial arts, which led to gymnastics, break dancing, circus arts, parkour and anything I could find to challenge my body in new ways. Today, I guess I'm sort of an amalgamation of my childhood ambitions, at least the few which were attainable. I'm always looking to for a new way to express my ideas, be it through art, performance or music. I'm not sure exactly why I do what I do. I suppose it's because I can't seem to shake the little voice inside my head that keeps saying, "one day, it will all come together." I think that is why I was so drawn towards this organization. It's kind of like me, a little bit of everything.
