ABOUT

Back in the fall of 2008 Joey and Arwen were complete strangers. Then, a turn of strange events placed them both at an open mic on campus. There, Arwen played an original ("Bittersweet") that caught Joey's ear. Thanks to the stalker-friendly university e-mail search system at UWSP, an uncommon name, one e-mail and practice later the group formed. At the beginning, the two did not have much in common besides being left-handed and enjoying writing music together. Nowadays however, this 3-year-long musical collaboration has developed into a tight-knit duo that is continually refining their 'South Paw' style.
