The Fine Mantis

When it comes to fashion, I look at each day as a blank canvas of possibilities that I hope to share with the world. I remember at a young age being submerged in a pile of old t-shirts with scissors in hand, discovering the endless possibilities. To this day I am the same excited, fascinated, and motivated little kid when it comes to designing clothes. The Fine Mantis is about taking advantage of the wonderful world around us. Fashion has the amazing quality to be highly representative of who we are (if we want it to be). It\'s unfair to stifle our true and inner beauties. So with fun, funky, beautiful creations, The Fine Mantis hopes to bring out the best in people. Most of the materials used in The Fine Mantis designs go hand in hand with the philosophy of \'taking advantage of the world around us\'. By reusing fabric in its entirety, or \'recycling\'/ \'upcycling\' clothing, we save the suffering of a once miserable old dress hanging in the corner of a thrift store and bring a new life to it.
