Aaron Wright

I\'m a California to Washington transplant and have lived in Seattle for over 10 years. My first drawing memory was at a Mexican restaurant on the back of the kid\'s menu. I drew the cast of the Wizard of Oz as monsters with sharp teeth and claws. My art hasn\'t changed too much since then. I studied publishing as a practical way of producing my own comics. I currently work at a book printing factory maintaining and fixing the printing presses. I\'ve published a few of my own comics with friends and other local Seattle artists. More recently I\'ve preferred the less wordy outlet of single paintings done in watercolors. Mostly of animals as celestial beings floating out in the cosmos.
