Abigail Vettese

I am Abigail Vettese, the human behind The Shape of Sanctum, The Impasse Podcast, and a self-titled music project. I am an illustrator, producer, short film maker, novice tattooist, and writer. I seek to honor nature by combining creativity and curiosity, particularly through illustrating botanicals which inspire me. My illustrations have been published in Springer Forestry Science and I have completed a vast collection of works highlighting the beauty and sacredness of the natural world. I am completing a degree in Environmental Science and Philosophy and hope to leverage my academic accomplishments as a means to illuminate the value of nature as an inherent wellspring of beauty and magic. I am especially interested in environmental ethics and seek to convey a message of stewardship through the modalities I choose to express through.
