Alexander

Alexander is an Australian photographer based in Canberra specialising in artistic portraiture and fashion photography. I learnt the basics of photography in college shooting black and white film on an old East German camera handed down from my father and then printing out my photos in the darkroom. From this I fell in love with the whole photographic process and continued studying it at University where, through my research projects, I was influenced by photographers like William Klein, David Bailey, Max Dupain etc. but also by many contemporary photographers mostly from Europe whose work I have found through art sharing websites.
