Visual Art – Phoenix

I am the Edge Water People born for the Hopi Spider People clan, my maternal grandfather is the Hopi Tobacco People clan and my paternal grandfather is the Red Streak Running into the Water clan. I originally come from a small, rural community on the Navajo Reservation. I'm 32 years old and now reside in the Phoenix Valley area of Arizona. I am a recent college graduate obtaining an Associates of Arts Degree and an Associates of General Studies. I am certified in Business Applications and Web Technology. i'm a current student at Arizona State University pursuing a Bachelor's in Environmental Design. Also, I was born with a physical disability called mild Cerebral Palsy, which leaves wheelchair bound and have a slight speech impairment. Despite my physical limitations, I live a normal life on my own, in the big city. I like to have fun, meet new people, have new experiences, I am outgoing yet responsible, most of all I have ambition and determination. I have been artistically creative since early childhood. Art is my passion, the way I express myself, my outlet no matter what form or medium. I can create works of art from imagination and able to use variations of mediums. I am also a Graphic Designer, Photographer and Creative Writer. I have successfully competed in art contest, participated in art shows, and sold numerous pieces. My work has been publicly displayed in calendars, flyers, and manuals. I also make custom jewelry. My recent goal is to get my name out into society and be recognized as a rising, famous artist.
