Visual Art – Melbourne

I\'m a Melbourne based illustrator working through a range of mediums, primarily digitally and through delicate paints such as watercolour or gouache. I draw inspiration from Illustrators such as Jasper Wong, James Jean, Heisuke Kitazawa, Camilla d\'Errico, Wishcandy and the Hanuka twins (Tomer & Asaf Hanuka). I studied at the Northern Metropolitan Institute of Tafe (NMIT) and completed my Diploma of Illustration in 2010, I now work freelance as both an illustrator and curator am constantly on the exhibition circuits in Melbourne. I\'ve run shows with opening nights that pulled 500 guests, at No Vacancy QV, Chapel Off Chapel, Grumpy\'s Green, E55 and OTK. I hold yearly group exhibitions in Melbourne for emerging artists, and will be showing my very first solo show in March 2014 at Off The Kerb. The exhibition will be based on Unicorns, and touch on themes of female roles in society.
