Anonymous Jones is a Hip Hop group with an edgy and progressive lyrical vibe. Powered by Rock n’ Roll, Pop, Hip Hop, and R&B beats, this trio brings a sound unlike most. Inspired by the likes of Blackstreet, Mos Def, Biggie Smalls, and 2Pac, Anonymous Jones combines catchy hooks, a variety of beats, and captivating one-liners to create socially conscious music with a new school feel. Not afraid to have fun, they also bring an element of radio friendly hits. Their goal is to create a sound not like many and show that there is still relevance to hip-hop.
Anonymous Jones is made up of three Masters of Ceremony: Chari “Knowledge” Smith, Tony “Locus” Walker and Tsuyoshi “Yosh” Curtis. The three MC’s came together out of mutual respect for one another and a recognition of similar content styles. The group began writing together in the summer of 2012 and will release their debut album on the 25th of January (2013).
