Visual Art – Nashville
Originally from Oklahoma City, I ventured to Nashville in the pursuit of my dreams in music and acting. After graduating from Belmont University with a degree in Entertainment Industry Studies and a minor in Classical Voice, however, I rediscovered another life long dream of mine. After flipping through all of my college notebooks and finding doodles, sketches, fashion design, illustrations, portraits, and so on, I came to realize I had been studying another art form all along. I had managed to turn every one of my classes into art class because I was no longer able to fit an actual art class into my busy schedule, like I was in high school.
I’d like to think I graduated with a double major in Entertainment and Studio Art, but since I don’t have a diploma to show for all of my doodles or a college portfolio full of graded artwork, I have decided to create my own portfolio via my art blog, for all of you to critique. So please, give me all of your feedback and don’t be shy! I would love to hear what you all think.
