Born and raised in South Florida, I am an artist full of vibrant personality. After getting a degree in business, I spent several years in the financial industry. It didn't take long to realize that my heart was longing for something that was missing from my life; being an artist. I have always been mesmerized by the delicate and unique features in the human face, so I decided to hone the fascination with trained skill. Taking my future into my own hands, I enrolled in the best makeup school in South Florida; Cosmix. After graduating with a degree in Fashion Makeup Artistry, Azar Beauty was born. While working as a freelance artist for the company I founded, I was blessed to work with some renowned artists that "showed me the ropes". With their guidance and inspiration, I spread my wings to all facets of the Cosmetic Industry. I now work full time doing retail sales as a MAC makeup artist in Miami, an Account Executive at A-ttak! Fashion and Makeup Studio and do freelance work on behalf of Azar Beauty including private client events, fashion shows, print/catalog advertising, theater/film production and makeup training.
One of the fondest memories I have of my mother is watching her put her makeup on in the morning. With that memory fueling my inspiration, it brings me joy to stretch my imagination and let the creativity take over. I absolutely love meeting new people and hearing their story. I enjoy being able to bring something personal into each makeup application, making every client feel as special as possible. My favorite part of doing ANY makeup is watching that moment on the client's face when they look in the mirror to see the finished look and go in shock while saying "I LOVE IT!". By giving back to the community and working in collaboration with other artists, the possibilities are endless. I am striving to make sure that the world recognizes and respects Miami makeup artists for more than "a bronzy smoky eye".
"For the people, by the people". I love that it is composed for the sole purpose of supporting other artists to reach a common goal; to succeed. One of the hardest parts of this industry is getting your name out there. With the help of RAW, you can get the proper exposure you need to launch your career.
