It was all a mistake. What started as a reindeer on my daughter’s sandwich bag, turned into a full on business.. in a matter of a few minutes and persuading from my family and friends.
I had painted an intricate design (as seen on profile pic) on a store bought set of cornhole boards. Within a couple months, the set was falling apart, due to the low quality of materials used in manufacturing. It was then that I knew I could make a better quality product with a lot more personalization. I began making them as gifts, and next thing you know, it'd become my craft! Nearly all of my business has come by referral. Along with cornhole boards, Bark Boards ATX now does washer boards, Bimini ring games, dart board cabinets, and more.
All of my stains are homemade and organic. All of my art is freehanded.. no stencils, no screen printing. All sets are custom made to order. They are weatherproofed, and I offer a quality guarantee.
