Hello! I\'m Vickie, I\'m 26. I\'ve had a passion for creating since I was very little. We were a very crafty family growing up, and my mom taught me the basics of jewelry-making when I was 9 or 10. In 2010 when I was pregnant with my daughter, I suddenly became flooded with ideas for a jewelry line. I went for it, and a few months later I opened my Etsy shop, Bohemiantown. My pieces are comprised mostly of natural stones, vintage fabric, recycled leather, and vintage metal elements. I love adding pops of bright colors to my work, while still maintaining an earthy vibe. I enjoy many different types of artwork but I can definitely say that I\'ve found my niche in jewelry design. The ideas never stop coming, ever. I feel extremely fulfilled every time I get to sit and plan, or make pieces for my shop. I only make jewelry that I\'d love to wear myself. So every time I send out a package, I feel like I\'m sending out a happy little piece of myself!
