Beauty – Chicago
As a little girl, I grew up singing Patsy Cline and Leslie Gore songs into my hairbrush with my big sister. Those two worlds would collide again in 2014 when I opened Bombshell Beauty Boutique. A full service, vintage inspired salon in my rural hometown. Fast forward to 4 years later and my passion for vintage hair design has led me to become a traveling stylist. I spend weekdays at my brick and mortar business in Mendota, IL and freelance in Chicago on the weekends. I can be found behind the chair at Twisted Scissors in Logan Square. I enjoy traveling for weddings, working music festivals and car shows across the Mid-West and collaborating with like minded artists. I recently embarked on the journey of becoming an independent educator. I’m on track to offer Vintage Hairstyling classes to industry professionals starting in January 2019.
