Boria Mandlis (born in Lithuania, October 24, 1973) is a Canadian designer, artist and musician (MNGWA band). He currently lives and works in Vancouver BC. Boria Mandlis studied at The Goren School of Visual Arts In Israel. Since graduating in 2001, Boria has founded an international graphic and web design studio www.fancycolors.ca
