Brie Flora is a contemporary artist who has a love for sculptural odd objects, unconventional adornment, and jewelry. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a dual degree in Metalsmithing & Jewelry and Art Education, May 2015. After living in Boston for 7 years, she is now located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Tennessee. Flora’s work often lies between fantastical elements found in nature contrasted with her aesthetic interest in industrial structures, and enjoys playing with the idea of functional objects being non-functional.
