Fashion – Brisbane
Back in 1998 I moved to Australia. I adore the sunny Queensland, but often find it difficult to dress nicely in such a hot and humid weather. On top of it, once I hit mid-fourties and experienced all the joys that come with that age, such as hot flushes, weight gain, muffin top and flabby arms, dressing up nicely has become a real challenge. I wanted to look elegant but stay cool and comfortable - not an easy task!!!
So, that's pretty much how the idea of my chiffon tops was born, followed by the Silky Touch collection which is becoming more and more popular all over the world, is suitable for plus sizes and is even more versatile than the chiffon collection. I have a full-time office job, but the more I work with the fabric the more enjoyable I find it. At the moment it's really just a hobby :-)
