She grew up in Ossining, New York, and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting at Washington University in St. Louis in 2007. In early 2008, she moved to Tokyo in pursuit of independence and adventure. In 2017, she moved back to the US to pursue her art career in a place closer to her roots. Most recently she has shown her work at the Peekskill Coffee House in Peekskill, New York and The Ossining Public Library in Ossining, NY. She relocated this year to Brooklyn in order to attend the graduate program at Pratt Institute, expecting to receive her Master of Fine Arts degree in 2020.
