Caitlin Wallace Rowland

I’m a twenty-three year-old recent graduate from Tulane University with a B.A. in English and Studio Art (concentration in Painting). I have always had a love for art and a desire to create. My first love has always been painting, but I enjoy mixing medias and incorporating drawing, pastels, fabric, sewing, embroidery, quilting and pattern into my work. I have a passion for making things beautiful and I spend my time painting, collecting fabric, looking for home décor inspiration, cooking, planting flowers in the tiny windowbox in my kitchen window and the small front yard of our apartment, dreaming up sewing and crafting projects, trying to maintain a healthy and gluten-free lifestyle, writing, doing graphic design, and building and doing DIY home projects with my husband. My childhood growing up in the country really influences the simple, DIY, and creative lifestyle I strive to maintain.
