Cameron Grant

My name is Cameron Grant and I am a photographer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. I strive to question what modern photography can be, and how it can be presented. I intend to challenge you, inspire you, and change your perception of reality. I began shooting when my father gave me my first camera at age 9. In one form or another I’ve been capturing unique images my entire life. I’ve produced other forms of art; I am a lifelong musician for instance. But nothing has ever given me the personal satisfaction that I receive from photography. The expressions on your faces when you understand my work has a profound effect on me. Through the excitement in your eyes when viewing my work, I feel elated and have a connection with both my art and with you that is indescribable. I am an adventurer, explorer and a risk taker. I do things most people would not do, and I capture images in places most people will not go. I am simply driven, focused, and obsessed with capturing images you will see nowhere else. I take nothing for granted, and I assume nothing. Whether it is solo night-hiking off trail up the mountains surrounding Las Vegas, or battling deadly waves at Lands End in Cabo San Lucas, I will go to almost any length to realize my vision and present it to you, the viewer.
