Visual Art – San Jose

I come from a clan of artists. My mother\'s Uncle Mike made large brooding paintings in the 40\'s that both terrified and fascinated me. My father illustrated anatomy books and makes paintings, my mother had a love of horses and put that love in all her paintings, ceramics and projects. One of my best memories of her last year was a printmaking class we took together. I treasure those prints. My sisters are both talented beyond all imagination. Cindee is a famous doll maker and teacher. Christee is a renaissance woman and paints anything that doesn\'t move including large interior trompe l\'oeil. My cousin Gene Brown is a print maker extraordinaire. I dabble at everything from ceramics and textiles and paper, to watercolor to photography to the purely digital.
