As a child, I always seemed to take a liking to things that others ignored; I found beauty in the disregarded. My young mind would grasp as much as it could hold; sounds, sights, and smells. However, it wasn’t until my preteen years that I realized my observatory skills were, in actuality, a forte for art. When something of interest came in my path; scenery, someone’s outfit, or even a facial expression, I felt the need to capture it. So I would then ask myself, “How can I keep these moments forever?” The answer to my question was an obvious one, it was photography.
