Claire on a Dare is a 5-piece, female-fronted, indie rock band from the San Francisco Bay Area who layers impassioned vocals over an intense musical backdrop that explores a range of sounds from psychedelic ballads to shoegaze to 90\'s rock.
Our fans often tell us they\'re reminded of The Pretenders, Joan Jett, 10,000 Maniacs and Blondie. Our guitarists are influenced by the Smiths and a range of styles from blues to metal.
