Visual Art – Miami
I am an artist who works at the intersection of art and science. I study electrical engineering at Florida International University, and use a unique process to create paintings: I use high-voltage electricity to burn organic patterns into my canvas. I incorporate the burns into an aleatoric impressionism, creating paintings that range in composition but maintain a rigid appreciation of the natural form. My work demonstrates my eastern and western influences while showing my Miami, pop-art roots.
