Visual Art – Austin

Born in 1974 in León, Gto. Mexico. Studied Graphic Design at the University of La Salle Bajío. Has taken several design and plastic arts workshops, including: Mixed techniques for painting, creativity and photography.

He founded the graphic design company “Elemento gráfica conceptual”, and since then he has developed different projects combining design, photography and illustration. He developed the image for the National Book Fair in Leon, Mexico for the 2000, 2001 and 2002 fairs. 

He was a finalist for the design award a! on the category of logos. He has won several design awards, including the State Poster Contest in León, Gto. His work has been included on the CONACULTA (National Association for Culture and the Arts) publication for the 13th contest for illustrators of children and youth’s books.

Designer and graphic artist, possesses a style of his own, of great plasticity and technique resources that allows him to explore different styles and themes. This has allowed him to explore different fields in contemporary art and participate in different expositions, both individual and collective, in his native Mexico as well as in the United States.
