Dario Jajarmi

Dario Jajarmi is a 19-year-old artist based in Calgary. He was born in Colombia to Croatian and Iranian parents, and has lived in Canada since he was one year old. He works primarily with acrylics, but also works with watercolor, oil, spray, and latex paints. His work explores movement and form through use of bold colors, short brush strokes, and hidden images and narratives that exist beyond the chaotic, often abstract scene.
