Accessories – Los Angeles

I started to discover myself as an artist upon attending Special Effect Makeup School in the summer of 2010. My journey revealed a love for fabrication and design related esthetics. After graduating I worked on music videos, commercials, indie films, and mainly editorial fashion shoots as well as working as a makeup artist for Bobbi Brown. The more I did fashion shoots, the more I fell in love with the conceptual art side. My focus has slowly gone towards sculpture, art direction, and jewelry design. After living on the in Midwest for my most of my life, and never feeling a like I belonged I made the move to Los Angeles. Finding true beauty, and creating it is a powerful cure for me. My most recent endeavor of jewelry making has taken over all the other mediums I have experimented with thus far. I love making a piece that has a story, an emotion, or made from finding beauty in something and holding it close. We often forget when we have a great moment. Jewelry can be emblems of a time and place, and an emotion we need not to forget. I hope to convey that, and put out good energy into the world. We need it. “You don\'t look out there for God, something in the sky, you look in you.” -Alan Watts
