Justine - deFine Dance

UK based freelance dance artist Justine has been developing her skills in dance from a young age. With a BA Honours Degree in Dance, training in Contemporary, African and Ballet as well as experience working along side artists, professional companies and showcasing performance work, Justine strives to get stuck in, push the boundaries of her training and challenge the possibilities of Contemporary African dance. Performing, teaching and choreographing for a variety of events, festivals and students of all ages is a passion and pure enjoyment for Justine, sharing the vibe and experiences with anothers. Justine's influences and inspirations have encouraged exploration and development of her own signature style of quirky Contemporary African dance called ‘Contemprican’, influenced by grounded African dance expression, celebration of culture and music through to the freedom of Contemporary Dance.
