Visual Art – New York - Brooklyn
Attended Buffalo State University for 2 years where I studied printmaking. Graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Fine Arts and design. I have one published book "Parallel Spell: 7 pictures 7 poems" in collaboration with the poet and writer Elena Alexander. Fifteen of my street photographs are used as the backdrop in the Mary Seidman and Dancers production “Heart Meridians.” produced by DTW in NYC. I am a founding member of the Cultural Guerrillas group with the artist Mary Jones. Our mission is to do pop up shows of mixed media artists who are using visual rhetoric as sensory expressions of alternative cultural meaning. I am a member of the Pleiades Gallery group on W25th St. in Chelsea, NYC. I show in NYC as well as nationally and internationally and my work has been included in museum shows in New York and Connecticut.
