Dionard Campman is a recent graduate from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising / FIDM in Los Angeles California, with an Advanced A.A. degree in Fashion Design. During his education from High School to FIDM, he has taken many classes on fashion related subjects. Dionard has created an array of garment, many of which have successfully been entered in different competitions. Throughout the years, Dionard has designed and created a range of garments, including swimwear, ballroom costumes, wedding gowns, and everything from day to evening attire. His curiosity for discovering and learning new things has led him down many interesting paths during his studies, including a creation for FIDM Mode Magazine, the American Heart Association “Red Dress Program” at FIDM. In 2017, Dionard was one of the top 10 student designers selected to participate in the 2017 FIDM DEBUT show. The twelve-look resort collection, “Floral Paradise”, displayed an assortment of garments from daywear, swimwear, to evening attire. His debut collection was featured on the cover of the California Apparel News, Vol 73, No. 16. More recently, Dionard Campman showcased his collection at the annual El Paseo Fashion Week, where is collection was met with screams, laughter, and applause. According to Palm Springs Life, March 2018 edition, Dionard Campman’s collection was a fun, flirty and feminine play on resort wear, with bright topical solids and floral pattern. Dionard Campman is currently working on setting up his business while still designing custom creations for beautiful women.
