My name is DONNA SOUNE and I am freelance makeup artist from San Diego, CA. I have experience with beauty, bridal, and special fx/body painting. Though I love special fx/ avant garde makeup, I focus more on beauty makeup for special occasions, models and photography. Along with freelance makeup artistry, I have worked for the makeup brands MAC and Urban Decay. THEBEAUTYGRIND is my social media handle for all of my work. Why THEBEAUTYGRIND? Well, I take the slang meaning of grind (When an individual pushes his/herself to attain a goal) and connect it with beauty. With THEBEAUTYGRIND I am pushing myself to achieve "beauty" which is whatever "beauty" means to me at that moment.
