Fashion – Chicago
Doodles is a line of dresses with a vintage flare but modern twist, for todays young woman who wants to stand out in the crowd.
I am Katie Conway and I established Doodles in 2011. My interest in Fashion Design began years ago, as a young teen. I started with creating garments for myself, my family and many friends. As a self taught designer/seamstress I made everything from T-shirts and pajama pants to semi formal and formal dresses. I have decided dresses are my speciality.
To further develope my talent and ability I attended Columbia College in Chicago for Fashion Design, which provided my first formal instruction, along with many wonderful opportunities and much success earning me a National Honors nomination.
I continue to challenge myself in order to develope and enhance my skills. I am eager to expand my client base. I hope you enjoy my work.
