ABOUT

Dustin Willis is an award-winning director / producer from Downey, CA. A graduate of Downey High School, Dustin began making films and writing scripts at age 5, filmed his first feature at age 7, and perfected structured film production by age 10. Dustin began his business Def Video Productions in 2009 when he was 18 years old, and immediately began making waves in the film industry. A multi-talented individual, Dustin combines his love for music, passion for film, and an eye for art to create movies foreign to the major media market. Driven by the desire to be the best at any given task, Dustin Willis continues to produce award-winning films that push the boundaries of the motion picture and music video industries.

INSPIRATIONS

I draw inspiration from any current influences, whether it be a song, a political issue, a new burger stand down the street, or an old friendship. Inspiration can be found in anything; my inspiration typically derives from my musical background.

While I'm not making movies or music videos, I am scaring the crap out of people at Knotts Halloween Haunt (Buena Park, CA) every year out on the streets of Carnevil.
