Edie Green

Edie Green was created about a year ago when front woman (of the same name) teamed up with masterful drummer Tyler, king of the guitar Conor and groovy bassman Lachie. The band takes a sweeping pop folk style, mashing it together with a unique surf rock vibe. Together they have played with the likes of Timothy Nelson and the Infidels, Shontay Snow and Old Blood. Edie’s first single Inside gained attention on the Triple J Unearthed radio station receiving much air-play and a selection as a top 5 song of the week by Dom Alessio. The band has also had much success in the recent National Campus Band Competition, coming 2nd in the grand final held in Canberra. Edie Green have received much praise for their live performance: “Their music took the crowd from bouncy and danceable highs created without error, to bittersweet and thoughtful moments of consideration.
