Visual Art – Los Angeles
Born in Ecuador, came to Los Angeles to study English and Arts. I always liked to draw people, animals and anything related to clothes, so I decided to go at the Los Angeles Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, where I had as one of my instructor of Fashion Illustration the famous artist and Fashion Illustrator, Nancy Riegelman. I
graduated as a Fashion Designer.
I used to draw my fashion work with charcoal and graphite, but now I also work with acrylics (with gel mediums), watercolor, gouache, pastels and color pencils.
In the past few years, my mentor, commercial illustrator Nora Koerber (B.F.A/ Art Center College of Design), has helped me expand my artistic career.
I have exhibited some of my art work in different local venues.
