Ethereal, dreamy and heart-felt is what Eliza Hull does best. Whether it is emotive lyrics, or the trip hop inspired sound-scapes that surround them, each moment of her performance compels the listener to enter her world. The 2012 Debut EP, Dawn, demonstrated her eclectic approach to sound. This time around, Eliza has adopted a much more focused approach. The follow up EP The Ghosts You Never Catch has been almost entirely produced by Folktronica rising star Hayden Calnin with beat production being handed to songwriter and producer, Dylan Hill. The EP began its life in New York where Eliza worked on one of the tracks with Pat Dillett and Doveman, who have previously worked with Antony & The Johnsons, Julia Stone and Sia, the remaining tracks were recorded with Hayden in his bunker studio at the peninsula. The past year has seen Eliza share stages across the country with Gossling, Iluka, Ainslie Wills, Hayden Calnin and Texture Like Sun, as well as completing a successful run of shows across Europe and the United States.
