I fell in love with hula hooping in 2007. Since then I have been to multiple flow camps, taught classes, and performed. Over the past few years my love and addiction to flow has grown to include flags, fans, fire, and more. I have performed with such artists as Big Gigantic, Vibesquad, Human Agency, and Alex Grey. Also at festivals including Sonic Bloom and Gem and Jam festival. I believe hooping is a way for me to disconnect from reality and reconnect with my inner Goddess. It is meditative and keeps me in great shape.
