Jasmin Aguilar has a background in burlesque dance and performing arts. Through her journey into the burlesque world she discovered taxidermy and other forms of dance such as Egyptian belly dance, Turkish dance and Spanish Flamenco. These influences trickled down to her costume making which included headpieces. After retiring from performing on stage in 2010 she found that she still had a passion for creating head pieces and has been learning the art of sewing along with a few millinery techniques and sells her creations on her etsy shop and at conventions in NY, Philadelphia and Toronto.
