I have loved painting for as long as I can remember however it has always been peripheral to a ‘sensible’ career in heritage conservation and urban planning. It wasn’t until after the birth of my second child two years ago, that I began to more fully reconnect with my artistic self. My compositions are of landscapes imagined, remembered or observed and, reflect the duality of day and night, shadows and light, harmony and chaos.
