Felicia Tees is designed and printed in Indianapolis. The creator Felicia is the owner of Boomerang BTQ on Mass Ave. Felicia wanted a girly, urban t-shirt line to carry in store to express her style and make women feel beautiful and empowered even when wearing a t-shirt. The current 5 designs all have a girly flair while showing women are strong and can accomplish anything they put their mind to. Felicia\'s motto is to \"quite dreaming and start living.\"
