Everyone is taught from a young age, that fire is dangerous. The Firefly performance troupe teaches you that fire can also be beautiful. Through dance, they are able to harness this fierce element in a mesmerizing display. Performing in the arts of hoop dance, poi spinning, fire orb, flow wand and fire eating; these four performers truly embody moving meditation. Equipped with a fire safety ki...t and a traveling fire safety crew, the troupe takes all precautions. Based out of Chicago, they are available for performances as well as workshops and classes wherever you are located. The four performers: Glitch, Olive, J.Dazzler and Scarlet, have been performing together for over two years. The group specializes in fire, as well as LED (glow) and daytime performances.
