Beauty – Boise
I’m Frances, the sole artist of The Pretty That Never Sleeps LLC. I recently received my certification from Paul Mitchell The School for Makeup Artistry in ID, but makeup has been my passion for years. I am an Active Duty member of Airforce, transitioning out to pursue this passion. Service to my country has been my daily routine for the past 5 years. I want to continue my service to others by using my skills and training to highlight the natural beauty we all possess.
