Rick Bishop is a dynamic visionary who has successfully applied his creative insight as a special-effects makeup artist and body painter in numerous professional capacities. His previous experience includes serving on the makeup teams for several independent films spanning varied genres, including Westerns and horror movies, in which he specializes. Bishop is also accomplished in glamour and fantasy makeup application, and is a sought-after airbrush makeup artist, having served in October 2010 as the assistant to the lead airbrush makeup artist, and lead artist in October 2011 at the world-renowned Fright Dome at Circus Circus in Las Vegas. He is currently a makeup artist for Eli Roth\'s Goretorium. In addition, he is an experienced dental prosthetician whose credits include a Budweiser commercial. Furthermore, Bishop is a licensed cosmetologist, having completed comprehensive training at Sherman Kendall’s Academy of Beauty Arts & Sciences in Salt Lake City, graduating in 2009. He also has a professional background as a scenic and faux painter, having worked in television set design and construction in addition to owning his own faux-painting business.
