The Ghost of Vigoda is a 4 (and sometimes 5 or 6) piece indie-rock jam band out of Massachusetts. Coming together in late 2011, they quickly began crafting together original tunes while pulling together their influences from such bands as the Grateful Dead, Radiohead, Phish, Pink Floyd, Bright Eyes, and numerous others. After just a few months together, the band went into a small Rhode Island studio and recorded their self titled debut album in one eight hour live session, releasing it soon thereafter on July 25th, 2012. As more and more gigs come their way, the G.o.V remain dedicated to creating a killer live show, and leaving those who came to see them wanting more. 2012 has opened some great doors already, and the guys will continue to ride the wave through the new year, and beyond.
